# stone throw
Stone Throw is a forthcoming online artwork created in collaboration with Amy Pickles, and Kelly Jayne Jones. It is an interactive sound work experimenting with ways in which to share the contents of workshops, while not staying within standard paradigms of online publication.

On each scan, the copies of the documents are degraded. This changes what the next scanner will see, while progressing the music composition. As the documents are slowly destroyed, the music advances.

The interface is developed in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - particularly using custom web components. The backend is developed in NodeJS, and uses PureData (pictured below) and an IceCast internet radio server to drive the sound.

More information will be available on the website and its associated git after launch.
